Sommerfrisur - Summer hair style

 So, jetzt kann ich mir die Haare ein bißchen schneiden lassen, die Hundeausstellung ist ja vorbei und ich trage es gerne am Kopf etwas kürzer. Also auf ins Freiluft-Freiseurstudio.
OK, now I can let them cut my hair a little shorter, the dog show is over and I like it a little bit shorter on the head. Let's go to the open air hair dresser.

 Schau mal auf die linke Seite, das muß alles weg, wird mir jetzt zu lästig, vor allem weil ich ja nicht so der Wasserfan bin wie meiner anderen Artgenossen.
Have a look at the left side, all this has to go. It is getting too hot now and as you know, I am not such a water lover as the other giant schnauzers.

 Und an der rechten Seite mußt Du auch was machen. And don't forget the right side.

 Zuviel Haare ist einfach unbequem. Too much hair is a nuisance.

 So, das war nötig, Wahnsinn, wie viele Haare da unten liegen.
OK, that was great. Incredible how much hair is on the floor.

 Also ich bin so weit, jetzt können wir spazieren gehen, muss meinen neuen Look ausführen.
So, I am ready for a walk, have to show off my new look.

Ausflug aufs Land - A trip to the country

Heute war ich auf dem Land und habe keine anderen Hunde, aber Kühe, Gänse und Fische gesehen.
Da meine Menschen frische Forellen aus dem Teich gekauft haben, bin ich als Fischliebhaber auch auf meine Kosten gekommen. Für einen Fischkopf würde ich schon einmal einen Knochen liegen lassen - stellt mich aber nicht vor die Entscheidung. Am liebsten ist mir natürlich beides!
Today I made a trip to the country. No other dogs but cows, geese and fishes.
Since my humans bought fresh trouts from the pond, I also got my fish treat. For a fish head I would even leave a bone - but don't try me on this. Of course the best is to have both of them!
