Ich war's nicht!/ It wasn't me!

Heute muss ich Euch mal schreiben, was in der Stadt nicht so toll ist. Ich bin ja schon eher ein Naturbursche und natürlich stürme ich viel lieber über die Wiese, springe in den Fluss und renne durch den Wald. Da sind dann auch ganz andere Geschwindigkeiten möglich. Hier in der Stadt muss ich immer an der Leine laufen aber ich sage immer: auf jeden Fall darf ich mit, das ist mir am wichtigsten, als Menschenstalker und Control Freak nehme ich so Einiges auf mich und meine beiden Mädels sollen so lange daheim nach dem Rechten sehen.
Today I have to write what I don't like so much about the city. I am rather a nature lover and like to run over the meadows, spring in the river and check out the forest. Of course there is speed involved, too. In the city I have to walk on the leash but my mantra is: anyway, at least I am allowed along, as a stalker of humans and control freak I have to make concessions while my two girls take care of the house.

Abgesehen von den kleinen Hunden die mich immer ankläffen - warum auch immer, wahrscheinlich Profilneurose - finde ich diese Fahrradfahrer etwas befremdlich. Die fahren immer ganz dicht und in einem Affentempo an mir vorbei.
Apart from the little dogs which are always yelping at me - who knows why, probably profile neurosis- I don't know what to think about those bicycle riders. The tend to pass very close and fast.

Heute morgen sind wir wieder durch den Stadtgarten spaziert und da sehen wir wie ein Radfahrer vor uns um die Kurve fährt und sich uns fast vor die Füße legt, er hat wohl das Aquaplaning auf Pflastersteinen nicht beachtet - unter uns: ich denke dass da auch ein bisschen Entenkot beteiligt war, das gibt bestimmt eine rutschige Unterlage. Habe nämlich bei meinen täglichen Kontrolltouren im Schlossgarten festgestellt, dass diese Viecher ganz schön Dreck hinterlassen und die haben hier ja kein Herrchen oder Frauchen die das wieder einsammeln wie bei mir.
Also auf jeden Fall: Ich war's nicht, das wollte ich nur mal betonen, nicht dass irgend jemand meint dass ich auch Fahrradfahrer stalke.
This morning we passed the city park again and just get to see a bicycle rider turning around the corner and falling down nearly in front of our feet - seems he didn't consider aquaplaning on cobbles - let's face it: I guess some duck feces have been involved, too. That makes one slippery ground! I noticed on my control tours in the park that these animals leave lots of dirt and they don't have a human who has to pick it up like mine.
Just to remind you: It wasn't me who caused him to fall down, I am not stalking bicycle riders!
